Southampton: Clearvision named one of best companies to work for

Software services specialist Clearvision has been recognised by the Sunday Times as one of the UK’s best companies to work for.

Clearvision, which employees 60 people at its headquarters - Chalcroft Business Park, Southampton - has been placed in the prestigious Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2019. The index casts the spotlight on the chosen 100 companies with the highest scores in an independent and anonymous survey of staff across hundreds of companies in the UK, conducted by b-Heard.

The management team at Clearvision actively supports a positive culture with a generous benefits scheme, a programme of initiatives designed to foster team spirit and a successful and supportive environment.

A fully-funded and dedicated events team organises social nights out and quarterly lunches. An active charity fundraising and community support programme provides opportunities for staff to make a difference. This year’s activity included volunteering for a full day to support The Blue Cross Southampton Pet Rehoming Centre, just around the corner from the Clearvision office.
