Reading: Leaders in Tech event focuses on artificial intelligence
Austin Fraser, the market-leading recruitment firm, is running its quarterly Leaders in Tech event, on May 3 at its offices in Thames Tower. The series is designed to bring together c-suite and senior level executives from the Thames Valley’s tech community. CTOs, CIOs, VPs and heads of IT can understand more about emerging IT trends, access expert insight into new technologies and network with like-minded decision makers and influencers.
The second instalment of Leaders in Tech: Reading welcomes three experts to help demystify AI (Artificial Intelligence). The panel includes:
- Dr Janet Bastiman, CSO of Storystream (@storystreamai) with an overview of AI, how its primary functions work together and success stories from Storystream, where she heads up the AI division.
- Martin Neale, CEO of ICS Solutions, discusses how to implement AI into your business, sharing his own experiences of ICS's recently launched FLEX AI (@FollowFLEXAI), a pre-built digital workplace.
- Benoit Alvarez, CTO at Volume, digs deeper into AI, through the challenges businesses face when implementing AI, its capabilities and how it can transform your business.
One of Austin Fraser’s global communities, Leaders in Tech, was launched in Munich and now runs in Berlin and Reading, with the US launching later this year.
With a mission to simplify the potentially confusing ecosystem of ever-evolving tech trends, Leaders in Tech provides content-rich programmes, independently selecting industry thought leaders and technical trailblazers as speakers.
James Jordan, Thames Valley & South West technology manager at Austin Fraser, explained: “Our intention is to strengthen the community of senior technology leaders, through a truly engaging platform of world-class thinking, right here in the Thames Valley. It’s an opportunity to join peers from established and up and coming businesses, to share best practices, discuss advances in technology and generally connect with like-minded individuals with similar interests and challenges.”
