Reading-based company Flame Retail is set to partner with Retail Profiling – one of the industry leaders in the delivery of field marketing for consumer electronics.

With a combined 35 years’ experience within the sector, this partnership offers an end-to-end retail management solution for brands. Their collective, existing retailer relationships and collaborative approach to business, earns them a credible position within the channel – providing vendors with confidence that they are in expert hands.

A combined European offering

Services are not just confined to the UK. Retail Profiling has offices in Benelux as well as the UK, and is experienced at pan-European field marketing services, while Flame Retail has experience of managing retail across Europe and Africa, as well as in the UK. In addition, Flame has expertise in Amazon and e-tail management, offering Retail Profiling’s customers access to a range of online services for the first time.

A truly end-to-end retail offering

Flame Retail offers bespoke end-to-end online (e-tail) and offline (retail) management and consultancy services, and this partnership with Retail Profiling enables both companies’ customer bases access to a greatly expanded range of complementary services.

Retail Profiling manages customers’ in-store experiences; from merchandising, POS and compliance, all the way through to staff product training and experiential campaigns. Flame will manage relationships between store and vendor, and implement marketing and promotional campaigns. In light of this new partnership, customers now have an option of integrating retail profiling into the process to ensure that the on-the-ground delivery is executed to an exceptional standard.

Flame Retail managing director Daniel Bastone commented: “Our businesses are already aligned in our approach to service delivery - offering dynamic, scalable and effective Retail services. This partnership expands both of our offerings, and gives our Partners an even more comprehensive Retail capability. Most importantly of all, it will deliver further positive sales results for our clients – which ultimately is why they employ us in the first place. We have known Retail Profiling for many years, and they offer a premium service that we will be proud to offer and be associated with.”

Retail Profiling founder and MD Mike Evans added: “The service offerings of both companies complement each other and now joined, provide an inclusive end-to-end solution for clients at all stages of their Brand journey. Retail Profiling’s proven track record and exceedingly high client retention rates display an existing credibility, that combined with Flame’s channel expertise and e-tail management offering, allows for further expansion within the consumer electronics market. We look forward to working closely with Flame Retail going forward.”
