Reading-based Bridewell to help shape Microsoft’s Security Copilot

Reading cybersecurity firm Bridewell has been selected to take part in the Microsoft Security Copilot Partner Private Preview, helping to shape ‘a new era in security’.

The company maintains a close relationship with the tech giant and was selected based on its previous experience with Microsoft security technologies.

It will work with Microsoft’s product teams to guide the development of Security Copilot, an AI assistant which helps users quickly perform common security-related tasks and respond to threats.

Martin Riley, director of managed security services at Bridewell, said: “We must remember that AI is more than a trend – it’s fundamentally reshaping the cyber threat landscape.

“Our security analysts and cyber threat intelligence teams have seen first-hand that AI is a powerful tool that can be a potent ally for organisations looking to defend against the latest threats.

Bridewell will provide feedback on new features to be incorporated in future releases of Security Copilot as they’re developed.
