Voip Unlimited, the privately owned internet telephony service provider (ITSP), has revealed their new look, matching the brand with its tech reputation. Celebrating its 11th birthday next week, Voip's MD says 2017 will see the largest transition to date with a director appointment, product launch and full automation for channel partners.

The carrier-neutral ITSP, based in Poole, and recently featured on the BBC for its award-winning broadband, has seen significant organic growth due to its infrastructure and voice optimised private network. Built from the ground up by the ex-aviation and nuclear industry founding directors, the company’s competitive advantage has been reliable technology infrastructure born from the founding ethos of ‘doing VoIP better’. The customer base includes Formula One teams and government agencies.

For the tech-led company, branding had not been a priority, but following reference as a ‘sleeping dragon’ in the ITSP industry, the firm has brought in marketing expertise and focused on the company's external presence.

Mark Pillow, MD of Voip Unlimited, said of the rebrand: “Since establishment we have focussed solely on our technical capabilities: network, infrastructure and innovating new products for our channel & customers. After over a decade building this reliable reputation, we realised it was time for our image to catch up. I am really pleased with the new look and significantly improved online functionalities that came hand in hand with the rebranding process, including our resourceful portal and more engaging website.”

Established in 2006, Voip Unlimited specialises in voice communications over IP and business data solutions, delivered over its privately owned network.
