A growing IT company based in Steep, near Petersfield, has plans to recruit extra staff after receiving the results of its first customer experience survey.
iSAAC Support received a phenomenal customer loyalty score from the survey, with 80% of clients saying they would happily recommend the company and scoring it nine or 10 out of 10.
iSAAC Support is a certified Apple support specialist, a Microsoft Partner Professional and a member of the Apple Consultants Network. Founder Gene Stoddart said: “We fully expected that our customers would say they are happy but were completely bowled over by the news that our loyalty score is higher than some of the world’s global technology leaders.”
The survey also gave great feedback on areas where iSAAC support can improve. Stoddart and his partner Wendy, together with their PC specialist Juris Zingitis, have a busy time ahead to improve on a few aspects of their service while dealing with the requests for extra help that have come as a result of the survey. They are also bringing forward their plans for recruitment.
