Oxfordshire-based Gladstone Ltd, a provider of leisure management software, has announced its partnership with referral platform ReferAll.

Gladstone's members include David Lloyd, Everyone Active, Fitness First, and a number of the UK councils and universities.

This partnership with ReferAll sees Gladstone further reinforce its presence in the UK leisure industry.

Gordon Watson, Head of Marketplace at Gladstone, says: “We are delighted to announce our new partnership with the leading exercise referral platform, ReferAll. Easy-to-use and secure, ReferAll’s platform enables health and wellbeing teams to manage referrals for multiple schemes and report on outcomes in real time. Using our new single API, customers on our cloud-based platform will be able to seamlessly integrate the two systems, saving hundreds of hours in admin per year.”

ReferAll has helped its customers make over 700,000 referrals to date. The company uses an 'easy-to-view dashboard' which offers users real-time, detailed report of all referral schemes and their status, including details such as referrals received, uptake and completion rates.

Gladstone will make use of this technology to help operators analyse service performance and patient outcomes.

Jerry Saddington, Account Manager at ReferAll, said: “Integration of client records saves considerable time for operators managing referral-based health and wellbeing schemes, while prioritising GDPR security.

“ReferAll simplifies and standardises service delivery, and so will support Gladstone’s operators in keeping track of referrals across systems. It also reports on outcomes, and so will provide real-time visibility of performance to give confidence to commissioners and stakeholders and assist in bids for further funding.”
