Oxfordshire-based Transense Technologies appoints new MD

Transense Technologies, a Bicester-based provider of specialist sensor technology and measurement systems, has appointed Ryan Maughan as MD.

Ryan joined the board at Transense on a part time basis as business development director of its SAWsense product range in December 2021.

He’d previously served as a member of the SAW commercial advisory panel, upping his time commitment in March 2023 to also cover business development activities of the company’s Translogik tyre inspection tools.

Ryan now steps up as MD on a full time basis, with additional responsibilities covering all business development, engineering and operational activities of the company. He’ll report to executive chairman Nigel Rogers.
