Oxford mental health tech company wins UK digital award for second year
Oxford VR, the company providing immersive technology for mental health, has been recognised with a gold win in the Best Use of Emerging Technology category at the UK Digital Experience Awards for the second year running.

The Best Use of Emerging Technology category is for organisations embracing the ever-changing digital landscape by using emerging technology to improve their customer experience. In particular it was recognised for its latest social engagement program, a ground-breaking and progressive mental health intervention that uses virtual reality technology to help individuals overcome anxious social avoidance.
Earlier this year, Oxford VR secured a $12.5 million investment - a record for VR therapy investment in Europe to advance its real-world impact in behavioural health, and accelerate clinical leadership in the U.S.
