Outright Games acquires Spanish game publisher

Outright Games, a Solent-based publisher of family friendly video games, has acquired the Spanish video game publisher Cyberlake Group.

Outright games are known for publishing a wealth of titles based on popular IPs, with recent releases based on the DC Super Pets and My Little Pony franchises, and upcoming games including a tie-in with the How to Train Your Dragon franchise.

Meanwhile, the Cyberlake Group was founded in 2020. Along with outright games, they have worked with a number of developers and publishers including Stage Clear Studios and aheartfulofgames.

Outright Games were advised on the deal, which was completed for an undisclosed amount, by a team from international law firm Squire Patton Boggs.
