Cloud service provider Onecom Group has penned a five-year strategic partnership agreement with Vodafone.

The partnership will deliver Vodafone airtime, 5G, IoT and digital connectivity solutions to Onecom’s 70,000 business customers.

The Fareham-based company has partnered with Vodafone since 2002 and has consistently been recognised as Vodafone’s “Strategic Partner of the Year” since the award’s creation 13 years ago.

Onecom Group Chief Executive, Martin Flick, said: “Vodafone & Onecom have an unrivalled pedigree in delivering communication solutions to diverse UK-headquartered organisations. Our rich heritage has seen us expand across the entire portfolio with a broadly 50/50 split of diversity across mobile and non-mobile technologies, with solutions that deliver huge customer benefits aligned to business outcomes.

“With the support of LDC investment in 2019 Onecom has doubled revenues and simultaneously diversified and expanded product set and extended market reach, opening up a significant addressable market for both parties.

“As we look forward to the future and anticipate the opportunities the 4th Industrial Revolution presents, our renewed strategic partnership together brings boundless possibilities for our customers and channel partners alike whilst opening up access to new markets and sectors and widening our geographic footprint across the UK.”
