Magnificent 7: exciting science & tech companies in the South Coast region

The south coast is rife with scientific and technological excellence. From Hampshire to Dorset, companies of all sizes contribute some truly exciting work to one of the UK’s most rapidly developing business sectors. 

Because of this, the Science & Tech Company of the Year is always a hotly contested category at the South Coast Tech Awards. 

With Evelyn Partners sponsoring the category this year, we’ve put together a list of seven companies who could have a chance of taking home the trophy:

Since its establishment in 1987, USL has grown exponentially to hold a strong global presence and build a strong business culture. Nominees should have developed innovative solutions that are rooted in scientific principles or utilise advanced technologies to solve major problems. The winner of this award will have shown exceptional advancement in either science or technology that could make a significant impact on society.
