Tech startup Jarvo has launched a closed beta for its new Cloud HQ, which provides an online platform for remote based teams to communicate and collaborate.
Founded in late 2021 by Reading entrepreneur Dan Hillman, the company had previously marketed itself as ‘the AirBnB for work’, connecting remote employees with spare offices and workspace.
Jarvo announced its pivot from the physical to the online realm in January, and developers have since been hard at work on Cloud HQ.
The new platform is designed to facilitate ad-hoc, informal interactions within remote working teams. In contrast to the typical fixed 60-minute meeting, users will be able to ‘grab people for brief chats they can pop in and out of’.
Those interested are invited to fill out an online form for early access to the Cloud HQ beta.
