Technology products from four Worcestershire-based early-stage businesses were on show at an Innovation Forum and Technology Showcase on Wednesday 15 March.
The four business are all taking part in a Worcestershire technology accelerator, BetaDen.
Organised by BetaDen with the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, the event featured two sections, an Innovation Forum bringing together businesses to address current technology and innovation challenges; and a Technology Showcase where BetaDen’s current cohort founders shared progress updates and pitched for investment, customers and development partners.
Panel guests included Professor John-Paul Wilson, Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor Research at the University of Worcester; Nicola Hewitt, Innovation Board Member at Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership; Chris Walker, Managing Director Cyber and Strategic Command Business at QinetiQ; Ben Thompson, Agri-Tech Centre Manager at Hartpury University and Hartpury College; Lawrence Jackson, Infrastructure & Technology Lead at IONOS and Paul Munday, Technical Manager at Steatite.

Natalie Wadley, co-founder and CEO at Changemaker 3D, who attended the event, said: “It was amazing to hear about the current cohort of businesses and the purpose that sits behind each of their enterprises, with each business making the most of digital technologies to make a positive difference to the world around them.
