The Hampshire expo, The Big Sustainability Expo 2021, has named its headline sponsor as carbon and energy management technology company AyMa IoT.

John MacMillan - managing director at AyMa IoT

AyMa IoT, with its headquarters in Dundee, Scotland, is to partner with the fifth-anniversary Southampton event to help organisers accelerate the support this vital tool provides in pursuit of a corporate sustainability strategy.

Managing director, John MacMillan shares his reasoning behind their support: “As a relatively new technology company, we bring a fresh approach to tackling the pressing problem of greenhouse gas emissions and events like this enable those conversations that result in real action being taken. You can network with your peers, listen to professionals and actually see the solutions available to you. Our technology enables businesses to exploit their energy data as a route to greater efficiencies, meet compliance and leverage genuine money-saving opportunities. We need to be a part of this event to ensure we are also part of a conversation for change.”

The Big Sustainability Expo will be held on October 28 at its new venue for 2021, St Mary’s Football Stadium in the centre of the city. Dorset and Hampshire-based organisers, The Southern Sustainability Partnership, is delighted to announce its 2021 headline sponsor is also a company that provides such a vital solution for its sector. Co-owners, Anita Potten and Lynda Daniels: “As headline sponsor, Ayma IoT support is helping in our work to develop our exhibitor base, enlarge our expert workshop line-up and keynote speaker theatre – as well as enhance the EV Experience Centre. This company has a real passion for the cause which we admire very much as it fits so well with our own.”

Corporate sustainability provides a solid foundation from which any organisation can climb back from the past 12 months and organisers urge businesses to join them and their headline sponsor AyMa IoT on the October 28 between 9.30am and 4.00pm.
