Managed service provider eacs has announced a new strategic alliance with Memset, a leading provider of cloud hosting services. The collaboration will allow both companies to further their delivery of leading multi-cloud solutions and data security services across a range of sectors, ensuring optimum solutions for their growing portfolio of customers.

eacs and Memset realise that delivering effective technology solutions has never been a one-size-fits-all answer, recognising the myriad of IT challenges facing businesses across the UK.

By pooling resources and service offerings, the alliance will ensure both companies are not only implementing the right solution, but also using the right partner for the right service, all for the benefit of their trusted customers. In turn, their growing portfolios of clients will have access to a to broader field of expertise when it comes to efficient and secure leading-edge IT infrastructure and business transformation programmes.

Stuart Dickinson, COO at eacs, said: “Memset is a leading cloud provider of choice in the UK, summed up by the high regard in which it is held by thousands of customers and partners and the reputation of quality it has built over the course of the past few years.

“The alliance offers us and our client’s numerous benefits, notably the ability to enhance the scale of hosting options we are able to offer to our clients, as well as ensuring they have access to more efficient, effective and modern data centres. We believe that Memset’s business ethos and focus on excellence is very much in line with our own, so we’re delighted to be entering into this strategic alliance.”

The strategic partnership will see eacs and its customers benefit from Memset’s innovative expertise in areas such as cybersecurity and business continuity, while Memset will gain access to leading expertise in professional and managed IT services.

Chris Burden, COO at Memset, based near Guildford, added: “With UK data sovereignty at our core, we are delighted to be allied with award winning UK managed service provider eacs, a company that shares the same personal and tailored approach to supporting customers as we do at Memset. Over the past year we have collaborated on projects that would not have had the same level of success if we had worked independently, and this is indicative of the compatibility between the two companies.

"The collaborative relationship we have with eacs allows us to synergise our respective resources, allowing us to accelerate and enhance our high-grade managed service support, while bolstering our data security service and business continuity offering. We are delighted with the success of our alliance with eacs so far and look forward to continue providing customers with leading industry products, and a personalised service that can be tailored depending on a customer’s size or vertical focus.”

Dickinson concluded: “Our alliance with Memset is incredibly important to both businesses and our diverse range of customers. With our shared philosophy of putting the customer first, it was inevitable that an already solid working relationship would blossom into an alliance that ensured a more long-term, value-creating relationship. Alongside Memset, we want to make sure that businesses of all sizes can cut through the difficulties of IT and have access to best-in-class technologies in a way that is cost-effective and keeps them secure and resilient.”
