Gloucester IT service provider wins best Managed Service Provider 2020

Gloucester-based IT service provider Optimising IT has won the coveted Service Desk Institute Managed Service Provider of the year award!    

Recognised as an industry-leading organisation for IT Service Management, the Service Desk institute evaluated a number of organisations based on service excellence, approach, future planning and how customers are engaged with. 

In particular, the judges were particularly impressed with the way Optimising IT provide its Managed IT Services with a level of personalised service.  They also found its cyber focussedconsultancy lead approach integrated exceptionally well with its customers and enabled them to align their IT strategy and Service Delivery with their business objectives, delivering real benefits and business advantage. 

Optimising IT CTO, Todd Gifford said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the team at Optimising IT and really does demonstrate the level of service and care that we provide to our customers every day.” 

The Service Desk Institute awards process is rigorous, including interviewing customers and visiting its offices (pre pandemic).
