Ocean Village Marina’s Figurati restaurant played host to finalists and judges of the South Coast Tech Awards last Thursday.
With less than two weeks to go until the main event, attendees had the chance to meet and mingle in a more intimate setting with drinks and canopies on hand.
In attendance were independent judges and representatives from sponsors Spectrum IT Recruitment (South), University of Southampton Science Park, James Cowper Kreston, Biz News, Infinigate Cloud, Evelyn Partners, Gresham House Ventures, BGF, Blake Morgan, BDO, BDB Pitmans and AllPoints Fibre.
In a speech to attendees, Richard Thompson, CEO of The Business Magazine Group, said: “It’s great to welcome everybody to our gathering where we’re celebrating all the finalists of this year’s South Coast Tech Awards.
“It’s great to see everybody talking to each other and shows what a fantastic community we have,
“Due to the sheer number of high quality nominations and the amazing stories that the companies in this room are able to tell, we knew we had to give everyone the chance to meet.
“I think it’s a really exciting time, both for the community and for us to be able to host you. We can’t wait to see everyone for the main event on the 20th October!”
