The third annual Thames Valley Tech Awards takes place during an extremely challenging period that has seen the region’s tech sector respond very strongly. Winners from the line-up of finalists in 10 categories will be celebrated at a special online awards event on September 24.
Commenting on the quality of this year’s finalists, Peter Laurie, head of client relations for The Business Magazine, said: “What came through most clearly to the judges from their meetings with the contenders is just how buoyant the Thames Valley tech sector is despite the uncertainty caused by Covid-19.
“The judges were impressed by all the entries, so choosing the finalists and winners was as difficult as ever. We were delighted, in particular, to receive a high number of first-time entrants.”
The awards are organised by The Business Magazine to recognise the outstanding achievements of The Thames Valley’s tech companies. Headline sponsors are Westcoast and Marsh Commercial. The other sponsors are Barclays, BDO, Blake Morgan, Crowe, EY, Hays, Incloud Solutions, LDC and Verlingue. The media partner is Jargon PR.
Attendance is free, so if you’d like to watch the awards register here.
