Fareham-based Vuzion acquired by Infinigate Group

Vuzion, a Fareham-based cloud distributor and Microsoft Indirect Provider, has been acquired by the Infinigate Group.

The acquisition will combine Vuzion’s expertise in the Microsoft world with Infinigate’s pan-European cybersecurity footprint to form a secure cloud value-add digital platform.

Since emerging from Fareham’s Cobweb Solutions in 2016, Vuzion has built a reputation for its work in the Microsoft ecosystem, becoming the first Microsoft UK provider to cover a full spectrum of offerings across the cloud platform partner ecosystem.

In the past three years, Vuzion has reported consistent year-on-year growth of more than 30 per cent per year.

With cybersecurity start-ups increasingly operating a fully subscription-based model, the acquisition will enable Infinigate to channel Vuzion’s wealth of experience in helping both vendors and partners adapt to this model.

Furthermore, Vuzion’s experience in the Microsoft world will help Infinigate respond to the increasing expectation among start ups of access to this channel.
