Data protection to be topic of industry-focused seminar events

A series of seminars will explore the explosion of available personal data and how organisations can avoid pitfalls and maximise opportunities.

The events, hosted by Pennington Manches Cooper, will examine the topic from a regulatory viewpoint and look at the forthcoming AI regulation and its link with data protection, as well as a focus on data sharing and international data transfers.

Seminars will be held in Oxford, Reading, Guildford and Cambridge and are targeted at in-house lawyers, data protection officers, compliance officers, HR managers, and any individuals involved in handling personal data in their organisations.
