Leatherhead-based software, security, and cloud service specialists Bytes Technology has announced the appointment of Sam Mudd as executive director.
Sam, who will assume the role following the conclusion of Bytes’ next Annual General Meeting in July 2023, is currently the managing director of Bytes subsidiary Phoenix Software Limited. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles having worked at Phoenix since 2003 and, prior to this, also holding senior roles at WordPerfect, Lovell Inc, and Trustmarque Solutions.
Bytes has also announced that David Maw will be stepping down as non-executive director after 23 years with the group.
