IT services and solutions provider Maindec, based in Buckinghamshire, has announced three key personnel changes to the board.
Roger Timms takes the role of group chairman, and has appointed Paul Timms to group managing director and Steve Nicholls to group sales director.
The moves follow the company's acquisition of CSA Waverley in February 2013, which has enabled the organisation to offer two complementary brands, and has already delivered strong growth and an extended service portfolio.
Timms said: "Maindec and CSA Waverley have experienced excellent progress in top-line sales performance, which is up 87% for the first half of 2014 and this trend remains positive for 2015.
"Maindec and CSA Waverley have been partnering for nearly 30 years and both companies have experienced rapid growth in revenues in recent years and continue to trade well as separate brands."
