Redwood Technologies Group, a global leader in customer experience and cloud contact centre solutions, has announced that it has been included in the 12th annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200.

The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 recognises Britain’s mid-market private companies with the fastest-growing international sales, measured over their latest two years of available accounts.

Redwood Technologies Group has jumped from number 74 in the previous year, to number 21 in this year’s listing. The group recorded an impressive 98% average international growth over two years.

Over the past few years, Redwood Technologies Group has rapidly expanded its operations in the USA, Asia Pac and mainland Europe, with its headcount increasing by over 77% in the past three years.

The Group’s overseas sales exceeded $20 million in 2019 and it has been exceptionally busy during the Covid-19 pandemic, helping private and public sector organisations domestically and internationally, including the NHS, manage unprecedented increases in contact volumes. Its award-winning contact centre solution, storm® CONTACT™, has enabled businesses to move rapidly to homeworking models, to comply with lockdown measures.

Sean Taylor, CEO, commented: “Global growth is key to achieving our goal of becoming a $1b+ revenue company. We have a great foundation, helping hundreds of customers across 10s of countries. Inclusion in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 is a wonderful achievement and testimony to the great work the team has put in over the years.”
