Ancoris, the award-winning cloud solutions provider, has been approved by Google as a provider of Customer Success Services (CSS) for Google Apps for Business.

As a Google Apps premier reseller, Bracknell-based Ancoris has met the criteria specified by Google for delivering a consistently-high standard of support and advisory services for Google Apps. Ancoris now offers Google Enterprise’s high-calibre services, which includes enhanced 7x24 technical support, proactive communication, advice and consultancy for Google Apps.

A dedicated customer success manager at Ancoris will oversee the delivery of each of these elements to ensure the customer has the best possible Google Apps experience.

Services director David Fenton said: ”We became one of the UK’s first Google Apps premier resellers in the UK last year in recognition of our expertise in migrating business to Google Apps since 2009. To become a provider of the approved CSS offering is a great recognition of our success in ensuring enterprises get real value from Google Apps.

“Our deployment team is certified to deploy and train organisations as they move to Google Apps, while our support staff are dedicated to quickly resolving questions and providing advice and assistance. By offering Customer Success Services approved by Google, we can help our customers make the most of their move to Google Apps. This includes more personalised support, assistance solving customer-specific business problems and greater connection with technical experts.”
