Wiltshire’s Niche Recruitment is marking its ninth year in business with continued growth across the board.
Niche Recruitment was established in 2015 by seasoned recruiters Michelle Graham and Nick Wimshurst who had worked together in recruitment since 2004. Having both worked within national and local recruitment firms, the pair saw an opportunity to build their own agency.
Since opening, the agency has placed more than 1,300 candidates in roles.
Now boasting a team of nine, Niche Recruitment has recently doubled its footprint at Callow Park in Brinkworth to accommodate more members of staff.
The newest team member, Chloe Smith, has joined Niche as a Resourcer to support with the increasing demand for sourcing temporary and permanent staff across the region.
Michelle said: “We’re very proud of our business and our values. We work hard to provide a premium service for our clients but we also make sure we value our own staff and provide them with an environment reflective of a modern, progressive recruitment agency.”
Nick added, “We recognise industry trends and are intuitive to the needs of our clients across all sectors, allowing us to be responsive, adaptable and ahead of the curve when it comes to placing the right candidates in the right roles."
Niche's long-term clients include Whittard of Chelsea, St James's Place, BCS – The Chartered Institute for IT, and online pet store Zooplus.
