Recruitment agency Chilworth Partnership has announced the appointment of Ruth Snell who has recently joined its leadership team as director.
Snell has joined Chilworth Partnership with over 20 years’ experience recruiting senior finance roles, with the last 10 years being in executive search.
After graduating in 1997 from The University of Birmingham with a degree in Biological Sciences, Snell then joined a national recruitment company on its graduate programme where she was involved in the set-up of their Nottingham and Swindon Offices. Moving back to her roots on the South Coast in 2001 she established herself as a multi-award-winning member of the Flagship Office of another highly regarded recruitment group.
In more recent years Snell has developed an extensive network within the local business community and has become a trusted advisor to a number of South Coast companies, ranging from family-owned businesses to large listed corporates, in their recruitment of business-critical finance leadership talent.
Commenting on her new role, Snell said: “I am really excited by the opportunity to work with the Chilworth Partnership. They have a strong reputation, a great team and the potential to grow the business over the next few years. I am thrilled to be part of that vision and keen to play an active role in delivering the company goals.”
Both founders of Chilworth Partnership, Rod Hutchings and Richard Carter, have welcomed Ruth to the leadership team and agree they are delighted with her commitment to their aspirations for growth.
