RSM Tenon, the seventh largest accountancy and business advisory firm in the UK, recently welcomed their yearly trainee intake.

135 new starters were recruited across the country, beginning their journey at the National Trainee Induction. The three-day event was designed to help them find out more about what RSM Tenon do, how they do it and what it's like to train with the firm. It was also an opportunity for the trainees to meet their peers and other senior members of the various service lines.

Tony White, HR director, said: "It’s great to see so much new talent coming into the business…we
wish them all the best with their studies and careers at RSM Tenon.”

In the Southern region 26 new starters were welcomed to the Southampton, Basingstoke, Bristol, Swindon and Reading offices. They will start their careers in the Audit, Tax and Accounts teams of RSM Tenon.

The new trainees include Charlotte Gazzard, based in the Basingstoke office, who was on the winning team for the IBM University Business Challenge 2011, Ellie Hayes, based in the Southampton office, who has taught sport to children in South Africa, Matthew Young, based in the Reading office, who has cycled from London to Paris on four different occasions and Catherine Wright based in the Bristol office, who once achieved the third highest bungee jump in the world while in New Zealand.
