Skyborne is looking to recruit a number of flight instructors to help operations at its Gloucestershire airport base.

This recruitment drive follows the company obtaining a number of high-profile partnerships, including the announcement of Skyborne as the official partner for British Airways' first Speedbird pilot academy.

Managing director at Skyborne, Paul Fabian, said: ''In a heavily regulated industry, creating disruption isn't easy.

''At Skyborne we lead by challenging norms through innovations in pilot selections, training delivery, funding solutions, and customer excellence.

''With the company hitting a record number of staff and trainees for our growing number of programmes, you can only really say that the company is going from strength to strength.

''These ME flight instructors will fuel the next stage of the company's development as we continue to redefine the airline industry.''

Successful applicants will benefit from salaries of £55,000 as well as a number of bonuses including a £1000 sign on bonus and loss of license cover.

Paul continued: ''Our Gloucestershire base offers the whole package, from the state of the art facilities to a picturesque location.

''It's the best of both city and country life!

''We need dynamic individuals with the same drive as us to change the face of pilot training. Successful applicants to our programme will be able to say that they have actively contributed to the evolution of the flight industry!''.
