RWK Goodman appoints new senior hire in employment team

Kirsty Swan has joined RWK Goodman as a Senior Associate in the Bristol Employment team.

Qualifying in 2008, Kirsty is an experienced solicitor who joins from her own practice, Swan Craig Solicitors, where she served as the Principal Solicitor since 2015. Kirsty has 10 years’ experience in commercial law, which gives her vast experience drafting legal documents and contracts, dealing with pre-action and litigation, as well as advising business owners, senior leadership teams and HR professionals.

Richard White, Head of the RWK Goodman Employment Team said: “We’re not only gaining a seasoned legal professional but also someone who brings a wealth of experience in employment law. Kirsty’s background in employment and commercial law coupled with her dedication to providing pragmatic legal advice makes her an invaluable addition to RWK Goodman. We look forward to her contributions in further strengthening our Employment team and expanding our presence in Bristol.”

Kirsty added: “I am very excited to join RWK Goodman and take on the challenge of helping to build their employment team within their new Bristol office. Having built a successful law firm previously, I am looking forward to using these skills to assist RWK Goodman and help them to grow into Bristol.”
