With a new look, new faces and new menu, the restaurant at Tiger Tiger in Portsmouth is ready for an exciting start to 2015.
New restaurant manager Craig McCloud has made the move across the canal at Gunwharf Quays from Café Rouge.
He said: "I’m really excited to be joining the biggest management team I have experienced. Working alongside five bars and a club all under one roof, gives incredible scope and flexibility to what we can offer."
McCloud is joined at the restaurant by new head chef Rafal Stempin, who comes from Tiger Tiger’s flagship Haymarket property in London and now manages five chefs and two kitchen porters at the venue.
"This is the most exciting time for our restaurant," said general manager Dan Swan. "We’ve installed a private bar inside the restaurant, updated the furnishings and got a brand new menu. Add to that the expertise and experience of Craig and Rafal, and there really will be no stopping us."
