A month after appointing Diane Yarrow as partner in the commercial team in Maidenhead, Gardner Leader solicitors has recruited commercial property specialist Joanna Bullard to join the 100-strong team in Newbury as senior associate. She will be the eighth member of the commercial team.
Yarrow has 18 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property law, including landlord-and-tenant matters, sales and purchases, development, secured lending and corporate support in respect of asset-and-share acquisitions, disposals and refinancing.
Derek Rodgers, managing partner for Gardner Leader, said: "Joanna was an obvious choice not only because of the extent of her experience but also because of the way clients warm to her.”
Three paralegals have also been appointed: Tasmin Wooldridge and Holly Cook in Newbury for the litigation and conveyancing department and William Daniels in Maidenhead for corporate and commercial matters.
