Cheltenham-based business-to-business data and email marketing specialist, Acquirz, which works with iconic brands and SMEs, has officially appointed Group Account Director, George Gallot, to its team, as part of its continued business growth.

George’s appointment follows a raft of new hires over the last 12 months and a year-on-year growth of 200 per cent as Acquirz works to expand and bolster its operations, and secure its position as one of the leading providers of B2B data and email marketing solutions in the UK.

Based in the company’s Cheltenham office George joins Acquirz with seven years of expertise in business development and account management, providing media marketing and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for clients across higher education, accommodation and commercial organisations.

With almost a decade of experience in a range of client facing roles, George’s work reputation shows a dedication to offering a strategic, data led approach to account management.  By diving into the intricacies of clients’ businesses and priorities, George helps to bring value added solutions that facilitate client goals, whilst also driving revenue growth through building and maintaining strong business pipelines.

On his appointment, George said: “I am really looking forward to joining Acquirz during this exciting period of growth, and to add value and support to the team’s clients and new business goals. The business’ mission is one that aligns with my own passions at work - picking out clients’ key objectives and pinpointing the gaps in their sales and marketing operations that need to be filled to deliver against their needs.

“Having spent almost a decade honing my account management, business development and technical skills, I’m excited to put my knowledge to good use but also to learn from an impressive team with over 150 years of experience. After working remotely for a long time, getting back into the office with such an impressive group of people is something that I’m particularly excited for, not only for the comradery but also for the opportunity it will afford me to soak up all of the information and experience flowing through even day-to-day conversation. I’ve no doubt it will be an incredible journey and one that I can’t wait to get started.”

Dedicated to ensuring their clients have the best products and services to choose from, Acquirz makes use of top-tier technology and even builds its own to fill gaps in the data and email marketing solutions market, such as its Acquirz Business Universe (ACQBU) - a market leading B2B database.

On the latest addition to their team and overall business growth, Chris Skinner, Director and Co-Founder at Acquirz, said: “We’re delighted to welcome George to the Acquirz team. Launching a business in a global pandemic wasn’t easy, but four years on we’re continuing to grow and expand our operations and services, and George’s appointment is the latest iteration of that.

“Our aim is to cement our position as the leading provider of B2B data and email marketing solutions in the UK, using our collective experience to secure gold standard results for our clients. With our team leading the way, we’re confident we can do exactly that.”
