Basepoint High Wycombe has appointed Melanie Jester as assistant centre manager, resulting in an all-female management team, with Sarah Stone as centre manager and Melanie Churcher as regional centre manager.

Jester previously worked at Porsche Cars UK as a customer relations coordinator and has worked within customer-facing roles throughout her career.

Stone, appointed earlier this year, joined Basepoint from a cloud business related to the health and fitness industry, and has experience in sales, human resources and customer service.

Churcher, was also appointed earlier this year having previously worked as a general manager for Regus UK, where she covered centres in High Wycombe, Oxford and Maidenhead. During her five year tenure, Churcher also helped set up the flagship Beaconsfield site.

She said: “We have a great team here at High Wycombe, and although it has happened by chance, it’s great to see women being successful in business.”

Basepoint currently operates 29 business centres across the south of England and the Midlands and specialise in providing high-quality, managed office space for small to medium-sized businesses. Basepoint is the main trading arm of leading UK grant making charity, The ACT Foundation. All of the profits that are generated by Basepoint Centres are ploughed back into charitable causes which assist societies most vulnerable.
