Hampshire: Jargon PR bolsters senior management team
Small international PR agency, Jargon PR, has announced the appointment of a new account director, Michael Grass, and promotion of Kevin Winfield, from senior account manager to account director. The focus of Jargon PR’s senior management team comes at a time of successful business growth.
Grass joins Jargon PR from AD Communications, where he spent eight years representing clients from the print and packaging industry and brings a wealth of experience in leading global campaigns. He will be responsible for overseeing the PR team, supporting new business, as well as managing client service and agency performance.
Winfield started at Jargon PR as a junior account executive in 2012, and has since worked his way up through the roles, to account director. His responsibilities include implementing the training and progression of the Jargon PR team, managing global client campaigns, and providing counsel to the managing director.
The news comes at an exciting time for Jargon PR, as the agency has recently welcomed a number of new clients including Wireless Logic, Foodhub and Whitespace, and will be taking on a number of others in the coming months.
“I’m thrilled that, despite the prolonged period of uncertainty over the past few months, Jargon PR has emerged from lockdown with a number of new clients, which allows us to continue to hire exceptional talent” commented Simon Corbett, managing director at Jargon PR. “We’re delighted to welcome Michael to the Jargon PR team, as well as recognise Kevin for his outstanding work at the agency.”
Jargon PR’s recent success has also seen the agency win the Reputation Management Award at the PRCA Dare Awards and PR Agency of the Year at the Global Agency Awards.
