Gloucester's Ecclesiastical appoints Lara Bealing as Marketing Director

Gloucester insurance company Ecclesiastical has appointed Lara Bealing as marketing director.

Lara will be responsible for leading the UK marketing team during an ambitious growth phase as the specialist insurer is aiming to double the size of its business over the next few years as part of its mission to give more to good causes.

Lara spent 30 years working with insurance and financial services organisations. Her career includes leading on data, digital, customer experience, proposition, brand, and marketing for Aviva, Friends Life UK, and AXA. Most recently, Lara was the UK Marketing Director for Canada Life where she spearheaded the implementation of Consumer Duty. 

Richard Coleman, Managing Director at Ecclesiastical Insurance UK, said: “I am delighted Lara is joining us as our new UK Marketing Director. We have ambitious plans to double the size of our business over the next couple of years. Lara brings a wealth of marketing leadership experience and will play a key role in helping us to reach our growth ambitions.
