Commercial property company LCP expands Bristol team

National commercial property and investment company LCP, part of M Core, has moved to new offices in Bristol to accommodate its growing South West team. The twelve-strong team has moved into 85 Alma Road, Clifton.

Adam Martin, Director and Head of Bristol office said: “Since opening the office in 2019, the portfolio has grown from managing 12 to 70 multi let commercial properties, comprising 1,200 tenants across retail, industrial and office asset classes, totalling more than £250 million in assets under management.

“We have made a number of appointments through 2023 which has seen the management team grow to include professionals across the property landscape including building surveyors, lawyers, property and facilities managers”.

LCP’s Bristol office portfolio includes Cwmbran Centre and Cwmbran Leisure, in South Wales, The Shires Shopping Centre in Trowbridge, Mallard Court in Bridgwater and Coronation Square in Cheltenham.
