The Bristol-based team will work alongside existing Residential Valuations teams at CBRE’s Birmingham and Southampton offices, as well as the wider UK Living business.

Richard Eames, Executive Director Valuation & Advisory, who spearheaded the creation of the team in Bristol, said: “There is growing demand from clients in need of support in all aspects of the living sector. By creating a dedicated team that is focused on this specific market, we can offer specialist support across the region.

“The team will work alongside our well-established and successful existing commercial valuation team and will be able to draw on that expertise where needed.”
