Banbury: Ellacotts appoints new partner
Ellacotts LLP has announced the appointment of Andy Jones to the role of Corporate Services partner.
Jones joined Ellacotts in October 2007 as a senior manager in the firm's Corporate Services team. Prior to this, he was with one of the top four international firms in the Thames Valley region, where he worked with some of the leading local and international businesses.
Jones has a knowledgeable and experienced corporate background, having spent 15 years working for high-profile international accounting firms in both the UK and Australia.
He has also spent four years in commerce, in financial and operational roles, which has assisted him in understanding both the firms and client perspectives on a day to day basis.
Jones, along with Peter Clayton who heads up the Ellacotts Corporate Services Team, will present an experienced corporate team who specialise in providing accounting, audit, corporate finance, business advisory and taxation services across a wide range of industry sectors to both UK and international businesses.
Jones said: “I am really excited and absolutely delighted with my appointment, and believe this will further strengthen and position Ellacotts in the local and regional corporate marketplace, particularly when it comes to delivering clever and tailored strategic solutions combined with consistently high levels of client service.”
Jones' promotion comes hot on the heels of Alan Boby’s appointment in July as tax partner.
