Located off Market Street, it’s within a few minutes’ walk of both The Lexicon shopping centre and Bracknell train station.

Quinnie Wilson, Area Sales Manager at SevenCapital said: “We’re thrilled to see The Grand Exchange fully realised.

“The development is exceptional in Bracknell in terms of both its location as well as its offering to residents.

“This high quality, exciting development is full of amenities so offers unrivalled convenience to residents, which is why it’s already proven popular among buyers.”

Mortgage advisors will be available on site for the 20th January open day alongside SevenCapital sales consultants to answer any buyer queries.
