Winchester: Goadsby strengthens commercial team

Goadsby Commercial has appointed Penny Smith to join its commercial team based in Winchester.

Allan Pickering, manager of the Winchester Commercial office, commented:  "We are delighted to welcome Penny to the team here and know that she will bring valuable experience for our existing and future clients. The commercial market in Winchester has continued to perform exceptionally well and as market leaders we are pleased to be expanding our team and the services we can provide."

Smith is local to Winchester and has previously worked at Prupim and GVA, so has a wealth of experience across the board in commercial property. She will be dealing with the day-to-day marketing of commercial properties in Winchester, predominantly in office and retail space.
