David Wilson Homes is celebrating the successful launch of its Canford Paddock development.

The development – which will feature a total of 147 homes once complete –  officially opened at the weekend and is already experiencing high demand from those wishing to settle in the area.

Not surprisingly, the five-star housebuilder is expecting interest in the impressive selection of two, three and four-bedroom houses to increase further over the coming weeks.

“I’m delighted by the success we are already seeing here at Canford Paddock,” said sales director, Michelle Storer. “This is a very popular area in which to live, and buyers are demonstrating a keen interest in this delightful development. It was so exciting to finally open the doors at the weekend and let people take a look inside. It’s been a real labour of love and that’s reflected in the quality of the homes.”
