A new bio-medical company, NTL Biologica, a specialist in the regenerative-medicine sector, has located at the Grove Business Park near Wantage. The company has taken offices in the Quadrangle, joining over 60 businesses on the Park ranging from consultancies and forensics firms to office furniture and lighting companies.
David Hill, director of Grove Business Park, said: “We are committed to the Park becoming a fertile mix of different types of business, reflective of Oxfordshire’s economy, and we have invested heavily in the new business centre with spaces for businesses on the Park to mingle.”
Ian Graney, CEO at NTL Biologica, commented: “We visited several business parks in Oxfordshire and Berkshire, before making our decision to locate in Grove. Overall, we found the quality on offer at Grove to be perfect for our needs. We are also very pleased with the flexibility that the owners have shown and their general attitude towards biotech businesses.”
The joint letting agents for the Park are Parker Parr and Bidwells.
Tim Parr, letting agent at Parker Parr, said: “The Quadrangle offices have been refurbished to a good air-conditioned standard and are on a par with more expensive space offered on the A34 corridor business parks. Grove Business Park is a much easier commute for many and an excellent option for new and existing companies in the area seeking value and room to grow.”
