Boston House at Grove Business Park has been shortlisted for the 2018 Vale 4 Business Awards in the category for Business Space of the Year.

The newly refurbished, state-of-the-art facility which sits within Grove Business Park, provides flexible office space to entrepreneurial businesses. The centre now provides 280 desks of serviced office and co-working accommodation as well as a business hub for networking, business partnerships, events and collaboration.

Vale4Business celebrates a variety of good quality and professional workspaces available in the Vale and the Business Space of the Year category seeks to identify workspaces that provide excellent services and opportunities for the businesses that occupy them.

Boston House is home to some 39 companies, employing around 117 people and is supported by a professional management team who play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and operational support.

A wide range of meeting and conference room facilities are available to businesses located on or off the park, capable of housing from 2-20 people.

Richard Lyall, project director for Grove Business Park, said: “We invested £2 million in the refurbishment of Boston House which has achieved the perfect balance of style and substance.

“This centre has delivered 280 high quality serviced work spaces to the Oxfordshire flexible office market, which brings the ever thriving start-up market and the flourishing technology sector face-to-face with new flexible workspace provision. Being shortlisted for such a prestigious award speaks volumes of the quality of workspace created.”

The Business Space of the Year Award is open to businesses based in the Vale of White Horse district area. Winners will be announced at a dinner on May 18.
