Property consultancy firm, Vail Williams, is set to relocate offices in Reading Town centre this month.
In relocating their Thames Valley office, the business rates specialist will modernise all client facing and video conferencing facilities, multi-site office connectivity and move closer to meeting company carbon emission reduction goals.
Opening at the end of February, the new office is adjacent to Forbury Road Railway Station. This will enable sustainable travel between Vail Williams’ offices in Birmingham, Bournemouth, Gatwick, London, Portsmouth, Southampton, and Surrey.
The forty five strong Thames Valley office team will relocate to Reading, making it the largest multi-disciplinary team in the region. The company hire 180 staff across all operations. Specialisms include Agency and Development; Building Consultancy; Business Rates; Facilities Management; Investment; Lease Advisory; Occupier Advisory; Planning; Project Management; Property Asset Management and Valuation.
David Thomas, Regional Managing Partner for Vail Williams said: “This move will enable us to be at the heart of the capital of the Thames Valley region.
“Apex gives us an environment where colleagues can collaborate, innovate and engage with each other for the benefit of our clients and the ability for greater connection with the region’s other professional advisers.”
