Property consultancy Vail Williams has been appointed to manage a new light industrial and logistics park on the Solent Corridor between Portsmouth and Southampton.

Concorde Park, just off junction 9 of the M27 at Segensworth, near Fareham, comprises 10 units, of which six are already let.

Kingsbridge Estates, Concorde Park’s landlord and developer, requested the property asset management services of Vail Williams, which is also sole joint agent on the scheme with CBRE.

The appointment follows similar ongoing work by Vail Williams at Kingsbridge Estates’ multi-let Vinnetrow Business Park near Chichester, West Sussex.

Ed Martin, an associate at Vail Williams’ property asset management department on the South Coast, leads the work at Concorde Park, with support from Kenny Odesanya, regional facilities manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the site.

Martin, who has 36 years’ experience in managing commercial properties for private clients and pension funds, said: "Evidenced by the number of sign-ups, and enquiries from potential occupiers, Concorde Park is a clear success.

"Our property asset management work, such as budget setting and the efficient administration of service charges, along with ensuring the upkeep of communal landscaping areas and roads, dovetails with the lettings activity of our business space team."

Martin’s property asset management colleagues also include Alexandra Finlayson and Tim Poynting, partners, and regional facilities managers Rob Pabst, Mark Riley and Steve Hull.

Fiona Day, assistant asset manager, Kingsbridge Estates, said: "As a landlord of choice for the business community in the south, first-class asset management is at the top of the list of priorities for Kingsbridge Estates. We are pleased to appoint Vail Williams as our property managers at Concorde Park, complementing the work the firm provides at our business park near Chichester in ensuring the very best experience for our occupiers."

Concorde Park is a 91,000 sq ft site with 10 units ranging from 3,000 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft, developed speculatively by Kingsbridge Estates, a specialist in creating quality commercial schemes that meet the need for quality commercial space across the south. All units have loading facilities, high-quality, first-floor office space and a minimum eaves height of 8.4m.

The site is now more than 50% let to occupants including specialist parts manufacturer Polycast, overnight delivery and logistics specialist Delivered, agricultural technology firm Agform, equipment specialist Key Blades and Fixings and car wrapping business Amigo Wraps.
