Two new planners appointed at Lichfields' Reading office
Lichfields, the planning and development consultancy, has hired two new planners - Ellie Roe and Mark Battersby - at its Reading office as it continues to see strong demand for services.
Roe has relocated from the Cardiff site and will work on several public and private sector projects.
Battersby, who has completed an MSc at the university of Reading, will also be involved in similar work, supporting the senior team on a number of important projects across the Thames Valley.
"We are committed to bringing on the next generation of planning talent to ensure that the business is equipped with the skills to meet future needs," said Nick Kirby, planning director at the Thames Valley office.
"Ellie and Mark will be great additions to the team, bringing added resource and depth to our services as we continue to grow off the back of a strong client base and diverse portfolio of work."
Both new hires will be supported by Lichfields to be active members of RG NextGen, a group set up in the summer of 2023 to help a new generation of real estate professionals in the Thames Valley build a network and develop their skills and experience.
Lichfields says it has been at the forefront of planning and development in the UK since being founded in 1962.
