Work on a new trade counter development at Launton Road, Bicester is well underway.

The framework on seven units covering a total of 26,000 sq ft is in place at Launton Trade Park with contractors on target for completion of the scheme by 1st April 2022.

The development is being constructed to a high specification across two terraces which are capable of occupation as a whole or split into various units from 3,255 – 14,159 sq ft.

The scheme has been designed to cater for the trade/industrial and warehouse sectors and has prominent road frontage to the busy Launton Road. The units provide large loading areas with customer parking and 7m eaves height.

Commercial property expert VSL & Partners is marketing the scheme. Tom Barton of VSL said: “This is a significant step in Morley Estates development of Launton Trade Park, we have three units currently under offer to national trade operators and strong interest in the remaining space.

“This exciting new development is the first new trade focussed warehouse scheme within Bicester for some 10 years. Due to the continued residential growth of the town, we envisage new trade users looking to capitalise on the growth of Bicester along with the relocation of some existing businesses which require better visibility to their local customer base.”

VSL & Partners is also instructed on other new developments such as Albion Land’s Axis J9 and the Catalyst hi-tech industrial scheme which is also under construction.
