The Charters Group acquires Knights Porter

Charters Group, the estate agency, chartered surveyors, architectural services, and financial services collective, has announced a further acquisition in a move that will grow its residential lettings operations.

Charters Estate Agents, with its network of offices, will combine its operations with Knights Porter, a letting agency in Southampton. The acquisition will see Charters grow its lettings portfolio by over 650 properties.

Richard Fowler, Knights Porter Managing Director said:

”We see the merger between Charters and Knights Porter as an excellent opportunity to take the business to the next level, a move that will ensure an excellent property lettings service for clients across Southampton and surrounding areas.”
