Two senior Lambert Smith Hampton directors - Phil Hunter and Tom Fletcher - are leaving the group to set up a business space agent focused on the South East and in particular the Thames Valley.
Phil Hunter, a director focused on industrial in the South East, and Tom Fletcher, a director and head of LSH's Reading office focused on office agency, are to set up a new company together.
The company will focus on agency, investment and development advice across industrial and offices.
Both have advised on key transactions in the South East during their time at LSH, including SSE's acquisition of 186,0000 sq ft of offices One Forbury Place in Reading in 2015, Lincoln MGT's purchase of the Station Hill scheme in Reading where it is proposing a £750m scheme, the acquisition of the site for SEGRO Park in Bracknell and Kier's forward funding of the Reading Gateway site with Aberdeen Asset Management.
